I think I feel tired for several reasons.
1. The schedule is chaotic. After studying in college, I spend a lot of time at my own disposal, with no constraints and weak self-control. Play mobile phone without restraint, and then stay up late. The schedule is chaotic, the quality of sleep is poor, I feel dizzy at the end of the day, and I feel listless all day. Of course, I feel very tired.
2. Stay in the dormitory for too long. I want to say that the dormitory is really not a place to study. Staying in the dormitory all the time, I just want to look at this and then look at that. There is no meaning of learning at all. There is a saying that the dormitory is a hotbed of depravity. What can you do in a noisy environment? Nothing more than chatting, playing computer and mobile phone. Are extremely energy-consuming things, of course, you will feel very tired afterwards.
3. Too little exercise or even no exercise. Many college students never run, not because they have no time, but because they subconsciously think running is a very hard thing, so they don't do it. The fact is that exercise is very tiring, and it is even more tiring without exercise. Exercise is very tiring, but after exercise, you will find that the whole person will be much more relaxed.
I have some ideas about how to run a university well in the future.
First, self-discipline is very important. In fact, college is not easy, it is in our own hands. Some people are completely relaxed when they go to college, and their minds are not spent on their studies. For example, in the four years of college, some people play games in the dormitory, while others watch plays in the dormitory. Some people spend four years in the university library, planning their own life and study. Over the past six months, I have also deeply felt that universities are the world of self-disciplined people! In order not to regret graduation, we should also study and live by ourselves during college. Self-discipline will make a person strong, and how much potential you have depends on the degree of self-discipline.
Second, correct your own thoughts and welcome college life with the best attitude. College is not a place where I just play games and chase plays. For me, these can only be used as usual relaxation, and most of the time will be spent on improving myself. For example, you can take part in more club activities, improve your communication skills and get on well with your seniors and sisters, because they will tell you things that many teachers will not tell you. When you go to college, you must manage your own funds and spend less money on unnecessary things.
Third, we should learn professional knowledge well, take more certificates and cultivate our hobbies. In freshman year, we all wrote career plans. Once you have set your goal, you should always work hard in this direction. There are many seniors and sisters around me who are developing in the direction they yearn for. Some have won municipal trophies, some have participated in scientific research projects and made some achievements. The Excellence of seniors and sisters also gave me invisible pressure, which is also my motivation. I will set my future direction and become an excellent self.
Fourth, girls should learn to make up. University is not to study or study, but to learn to dress up and tidy up. Appearance is also very important for a person, which can help improve the overall color and temperament. Generally speaking, the university is a platform to improve yourself, where you can give full play to your talents. Finally, I hope everyone can develop in a better direction and become the best of themselves.
