Jinzhou Teachers College, located in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is a full-time public college approved by the State Council and registered by the Ministry of Education. The predecessor of the school is feng tian No.4 Normal School, which was established in 19 14. After many times of restructuring and development, it was finally merged into Jinzhou First Normal School and Jinzhou Staff University in August 196 and June/200 10 respectively.
