Chapter IV Enrollment Plan and Admission

Article 8 The enrollment of schools shall be conducted in accordance with the unified arrangements of the enrollment institutions of all provinces (cities, districts), and the enrollment system of "the school is responsible and the enrollment office supervises" shall be implemented, and the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" shall be followed.
Article 9 Admission shall be made according to the admission control score line and filing management method determined by the provincial admissions institution, and the filing ratio is generally 100%.
Tenth provinces (cities, districts) that implement the principle of parallel volunteer's admission, according to the electronic files of candidates, adhere to the priority of scores, and enroll candidates from high scores to low scores. Candidates with the same total score will be admitted according to the relevant policies and regulations of their provinces (cities, districts). If there are no relevant regulations, literature and history are based on Chinese, comprehensive literature and mathematics, and science and engineering candidates are admitted according to mathematics, comprehensive science and Chinese scores.
Eleventh provinces (cities, districts) that implement the principle of non-parallel volunteer admission, candidates whose unified examination scores reach the same batch of admission control scores and meet the conditions of file adjustment, give priority to the first volunteer candidates; When the number of the first volunteers on the control score line is insufficient, candidates who are not the first volunteers will not be refused admission.
Twelfth candidates in Jiangsu Province are admitted according to the principle of "score first, then grade", and candidates are required to have grade 2B or above. Candidates in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implement the admission principle of "1: 1 queuing for admission according to professional volunteers in the enrollment plan". Shanghai, Zhejiang and other pilot provinces of college entrance examination reform and provinces with merged undergraduate batches shall be implemented in accordance with the corresponding policies and admission control scores determined by the relevant provincial education administrative departments or enrollment examination institutions. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run undergraduate majors only admit candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers.
Thirteenth arrangements for professional admission of candidates, should follow the principle of "score first, follow the professional voluntary". There is no grade difference among majors. For candidates with the same total score, the admission major is determined according to the relevant policies and regulations of the province (city, district) where they are located. If there are no relevant regulations, the majors of literature and history are Chinese, comprehensive literature and mathematics, and the majors of science and engineering candidates are determined according to the scores of mathematics, comprehensive literature and Chinese. When all the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are recorded, the candidates who have been adjusted by the major will be transferred to the relevant major in the order from high score to low score; Those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
Fourteenth provinces (cities, districts) approved by the admissions committee to develop the plus (minus) admission policy. Candidates who raise their scores and lower their scores are treated equally in terms of standard scores when enrolling and determining their majors.

Chapter V Charging Standards
Article 23 Tuition fees
The charging standards of the credit system in our school are as follows:

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
Article 29 If the previous requirements and regulations of the school on enrollment are in conflict with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail and the original policies and regulations shall be abolished immediately. In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and the national laws, regulations, norms and relevant policies at higher levels, the national laws, regulations, norms and relevant policies at higher levels shall prevail.
Thirtieth school college entrance examination enrollment work by the Admissions and Employment Office is responsible for, other units of the school enrollment publicity must be approved by the Admissions and Employment Office before implementation. Any enrollment problem caused by unauthorized publicity without the approval of the Admissions and Employment Office shall be borne by the publicity unit.
