What core qualities should teachers have?
1, belief literacy

The German philosopher Jaspers said in his book What is Education: "Education must have faith. Without faith, it is not education, but teaching technology.

As a teacher, I know that education is a life of conscience. Only with the belief of education can we realize the unity of teaching and educating people. Not only teaching, but also communicating with students and listening to their learning. Not only should you be a "master of teaching", but you should also be an "analyst" who understands students.

2. Information literacy

Information literacy is an adaptation to the information society, involving information awareness, information ability and information application.

Today, young people may know earlier, faster and more comprehensively than the elderly through the Internet or other technical means. Therefore, as a teacher, it is very important to integrate information consciousness, information knowledge, information skills and information ethics.

3. Innovative literacy

Teachers in the future need to have innovative consciousness, innovative thinking, innovative ability and innovative personality to meet the needs of education and teaching and reorganize the curriculum. Knowledge is no longer the only force, not even the most important one. Creativity, imagination, values and personal qualities will be rejuvenated, and they will have the same important position as knowledge in education, so teachers need to be brave in innovation.

In the future, in addition to imparting knowledge, teachers should shoulder the responsibility of understanding students, reorganizing courses and connecting with the world, which is not only a new mission entrusted to teachers by the times, but also a new requirement for teachers' professional development. This brings new requirements and challenges to the teaching profession, and these challenges may not have ready-made experience to learn from, which requires teachers to study, explore and find scientific solutions.
