You can only download the original English version. Then download 3dM Chinese patch or ranger Chinese patch. Nowadays, localization is usually done by a separate localization program. As long as you run the localization program in the game directory folder, you will localize the game and back up the original English version, so as to restore the English version when upgrading the game version or providing a new DLC, upgrade the game version and provide new localization patches. (hint; 3DM is not compatible with Chinese patch of Ranger, please select only one dlc Chinese patch to download in the subsequent game).

If you know whether your localization is 3DM or Ranger, you can try to restore the English version with their localization program, and then localize with the updated localization program.
