In any of the following circumstances, it shall be completed and a certificate of completion shall be issued:
(a) to complete the courses and practical links specified in the professional training plan within the prescribed learning period, but fail to meet the graduation requirements of this major because of the unqualified examination of individual courses or practical links.

Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities are recommended for employment by the school, and they can go through the employment registration formalities as graduates when recruiting.
