Huang Lu Teaching Point of Chaohu College (formerly Huang Lu Normal School) was founded in 1933 by the famous patriotic general Zhang Zhizhong. It is the fifth civilized unit in the province, an advanced unit to study Tao Xingzhi's educational thought, an advanced school for sports and health work, a school to promote Putonghua in the province, and the first civilized unit in Chaohu City. It has been commended and promoted by the state for three times. It is a teacher training base with a long history and remarkable achievements in the province.
