Colleges and universities should review the authenticity of students' application materials in time, and publicize the list of applicants for subsidies for a period of not less than 5 working days. After review and publicity, if there is no objection, fill in the Summary of Tianjin Job-seeking and Entrepreneurship Subsidy and affix the official seal, and submit it to China Tianjin Human Resources Development and Service Center (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongtian Human Resources Center") before June 20 10.
(3) Subsidy payment stage. Zhongtian Human Resources Center is responsible for collecting and summarizing the application materials of colleges and universities, and reporting them to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau after verification. The Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security will transfer the subsidy funds to the student social security card bank account before the end of/kloc-0.

(1) Colleges and universities should take the payment of 20021graduate job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies as an important measure to stabilize employment and strengthen employment assistance for difficult graduates, strengthen organizational leadership, clarify specialized departments and responsible personnel, formulate specific work plans, ensure the orderly implementation of subsidy application acceptance, review and publicity, and effectively put the job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidy policy in place.
(2) Colleges and universities should effectively intensify policy propaganda, broaden the propaganda channels, widely publicize the subsidy policy for job-seeking and entrepreneurship through campus official website, official Weibo WeChat and holding seminars, and properly do a good job in policy consultation and interpretation, so as to ensure that all kinds of difficult graduates know the content of the policy.
(III) All government agencies and units should take the opportunity of granting job-seeking and business-starting subsidies to fully understand the job-seeking and business-starting wishes of 202 1 poor graduates in this city, provide employment assistance policies such as job introduction, employment internship, business-starting support and skills training in a targeted manner, and provide continuous employment services to help them successfully find jobs and start businesses.
