The next step is to bend sideways and hit a V-shaped ball with your left hand. You can only use your left hand. But keep your back straight and your eyes straight. You can't watch the ball. The rebound height of the ball is about the knee. If you can't touch the ball with your palm, feel the ball with your fingers. You must try your best, but you must control the ball not to bounce too high, or you will feel nothing.
Then dribble the ball forward with your left hand. The posture is as above, and the right hand protects the body to prevent the other party from stealing. Dribble to the baseline, then change your right hand and run dozens of times a day.
If you can, you'd better buy two basketballs and shoot one in each hand.
Two balls can land at the same time, or they can land at different times. Skilled in shooting in situ, you can move forward or walk zigzag. Anyway, you can come if you are interested.
I have seen the training videos of Duke University, and Durant, Curry and Paul have also used this training method. I guess it's to balance the training and coordination of the left and right hands, and at the same time, I obviously feel the difference between my hands when dribbling.
