Fengzhou campus is four times as large as the old Zhipu campus, covering an area of 30,000 square meters. Fengzhou Campus has three buildings, namely, scientific research building, teaching building and communication building, which are connected by verandahs. Every building has an earthquake-resistant structure, so the veranda can be extended and contracted. As a large-scale reconstruction near Tokyo Harbor, Fengzhou Campus itself is very eye-catching, with a large number of photography commissions from TV series, business and fashion. The top floor of the research building overlooks the Taiwan Province Gymnasium, Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Bay Dahua Fire Prevention Festival.

In April 2009, a new campus was opened on the track of the old Zhipu campus. A corner of the redevelopment plan of "Zhipu runesaito" in the old Zhipu campus. It is a word-making that combines the regenerative significance of art and learning with the "site" of position, place and foundation.
