1, Chongqing Aerospace Vocational and Technical College
Chongqing Aerospace Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college sponsored by China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and headed by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission.
The school, formerly known as Southwest Aerospace Workers College, was founded in April 1983. With the approval of the Ministry of Education in July, 1999 was transformed into Chongqing Electronic Vocational and Technical College; In March 2008, it was renamed Chongqing Aerospace Vocational and Technical College.
As of May, 20021year, the school has Chunjiao under construction in Jiangbei Campus, Yubei Campus, Jiangjin Campus and Liangjiang New Campus, covering an area of nearly 1000 mu. There are 8 secondary colleges and 38 majors. Professors, associate professors, senior engineers 124, students 1 1000.
2. Chongqing University of Electric Power
Chongqing University of Electric Power is a full-time college approved by the Ministry of Education, sponsored by Chongqing Municipal People's Government, and jointly established by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission and State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company. It is a high-level professional group construction unit with characteristics in China, a national backbone vocational college, a demonstration vocational college in Chongqing, the first batch of "1+X certificate system" pilot colleges of the Ministry of Education, and the second batch of modern apprentices of the Ministry of Education.
Chongqing Electric Power Industry School, the predecessor of the school, was established with the approval of the Central Ministry of Fuel Industry. It is one of the first seven electric power secondary specialized schools in China. 1958 was renamed Chongqing electric power school, and 1980 and 1994 were twice designated as national key secondary specialized schools. 1995 was upgraded to junior college with the approval of the state education commission.
