Economics university is rubbish, so it is not recommended.

The only way to go to Belarus is to learn Arabic, French and Spanish. If you work hard, it is relatively easy to find a job. The level of foreign language teaching there is ok. These minor language majors are easier to find jobs.

The latter should study in a small Russian city, and the domestic credits are universal. You should stay in a small city (preferably where there are no China people) for four years, and then go to Moscow in the last year, where you can practice your language and get a diploma from a good school. You can go to Kirov or Kazan. China people should not be too interested first.
