The Binhu Campus of Huaibei Normal University is the new campus of Huaibei Normal University, located at No.8 Tuohe East Road, Lieshan District, Huaibei City. At present, special education teacher training center, experimental building, administrative building and other related teaching facilities have been built. Selected into the national primary and secondary school teacher training program, it is a university with national characteristics.

In 2007, it was rated as "excellent" in the evaluation of undergraduate teaching level by the Ministry of Education. In 2009, it was newly added as a provincial doctoral training unit and a postdoctoral training unit. Selected as the basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions (Phase II) and the peak discipline construction plan of Anhui Province.

Development and construction

It has designed a collection of 2 million books and 4,500 reading seats, with an estimated investment of/kloc-0.85 billion yuan and a planned construction period of 720 days. An intelligent comprehensive library integrating information technology, book reading and academic exchange will be built.
