Songjiang College of Political Science and Law does not belong to 2 1 1. According to relevant public information, Songjiang University of Political Science and Law was founded in 1984. It is a comprehensive university with law as the main body and covering many disciplines such as literature, science and engineering. Project 2 1 1 is a key project initiated by China municipal government on 1995 to improve the level of higher education in China. The project name refers to the first batch of universities supported by 100 in the plan, and later some places were added. These universities have been strongly supported and invested by the state in discipline construction, scientific research, teaching staff and academic reputation.
