College students need to complete six tests, namely height, weight, vital capacity, step test, 50-meter running or standing long jump (choose one), grip strength or sit-ups (girls) or sitting forward (choose one).

The sum of the scores of each evaluation index in this standard is the final score of this standard, with a full score of 100. According to the final score, the rating is: above 90 points is excellent, 75-89 points are good, 60-74 points are passed, and below 59 points are failed.
