In recent years, in the process of building a harmonious society, the problem of difficult employment for college students has become more and more prominent. Problems such as large population base and imperfect labor allocation make workplace competition more and more fierce. In this case, self-employment has become the employment direction that many graduates think about, but self-employment itself has both risks and opportunism. Through the case analysis of an ordinary college student's successful entrepreneurship, this paper expounds how college students should correctly choose their own entrepreneurship in the new era in order to realize their life goals.

Only by changing the mode of economic development and relying on innovation can China truly and effectively achieve steady and rapid economic growth and sustainable development, and achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.

Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an initiative to thoroughly practice Scientific Outlook on Development; Cultivating college students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability is a systematic project in line with the strategy of "building an innovative country". As high-quality talents with high expectations from society, college students should actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship. From the perspective of college students themselves, to give full play to their potential, we should grasp several basic principles.

1, improve the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship

Many college students often don't pay attention to the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship, because pre-university education tells them that what is in class is the most important thing, and textbook learning is more important than social activities. Life is full of new knowledge. As "the sun at seven or eight o'clock", college students should actively open up their own second class besides the first class taught by teachers.

Only when college students have the consciousness of improving their own abilities can they think about practical problems after class and devote themselves to extracurricular practice. There are more opportunities for extracurricular practice, so we can combine theory to produce innovative thinking, and then use innovative thinking to guide practice, so as to realize the cognitive leap of "knowing practice, realizing practice and realizing practice" [1].

2. Participate in practical activities to improve literacy.

With the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, college students should actively participate in various types of practical activities and accumulate experience materials for their own innovation and entrepreneurship. There are four effective practical activities:

(1) Scientific research training: Scientific research training with the help of tutors can make full use of laboratories and scientific research resources in colleges and universities, guide their own understanding of scientific frontiers, and improve their experimental hands-on ability.

(2) Discipline Competition: Actively participate in disciplines-related competitions (software design competition, smart car design competition, etc.). Organized by schools or education departments, you can greatly improve your ability to learn quickly and test your time management and project arrangement skills.

(3) Quality-oriented education: participate in reading clubs, borrow books outside the major, and expand knowledge; Actively participate in cultural and sports activities, participate in debate teams or speech contests, and exercise eloquence; Cultivate a humanistic hobby, such as painting, photography, hiking, etc.

(4) Internship training: actively participate in off-campus part-time activities, exercise professional skills, and understand the overall operation of the profit chain; Participate in industrial base or company internship, and understand the basic operation process of the company while expanding social resources [2].

3. Choose the correct direction of entrepreneurial practice.

With the enhancement of innovation and entrepreneurship awareness and extensive participation in practical activities, students will fully understand their own strengths and weaknesses, interests and deficiencies. Combine your own interests and ability advantages and choose the direction related to innovation and entrepreneurship. After determining the direction, deeply understand the theoretical knowledge of the relevant direction and delve into the practical activities of the relevant direction.

For example, students interested in programming can participate in multiple software programming project teams, consolidate programming knowledge while completing the projects, and achieve twice the result with half the effort; College students who are enthusiastic about the frontier knowledge of the subject can actively contact their tutors, strive for the opportunity to enter the laboratory and learn experimental methods and scientific research skills. Reasonably arrange the time for on-campus study and after-school study, learn in the project and make progress in learning. If you have accumulated enough experience in one direction, you can prepare for your own innovation and entrepreneurship.

4. Establish an innovative and entrepreneurial student team.

Modern society has been separated from single-handedness, and teamwork is a necessary prerequisite for innovation and entrepreneurship. There are three main ways to form a team in the initial stage:

(1) interest portfolio. Each team member is required to have great interest and enthusiasm in the same topic, which ensures the work efficiency and enthusiasm of team members. Finding league members can be carried out in relevant clubs in the school, online forums and social tribes.

(2) Single parts. This requires team members to have a preliminary plan for the whole project, and look for talents with relevant advantages according to the initial progress and demand. For example, for a project selling products, people who need to develop products and those who market products can find them separately.

(3) Tutor recommendation system. If the project is directed by an experienced tutor, he can organize the whole team as an organizer, because he has relevant project experience and knows what kind of team can succeed.

In the early stage of innovation and entrepreneurship practice, we should find our own role in the team. The team leader needs to have a sense of responsibility, patience, great strength and fighting spirit, and can serve as an example for the whole team. The vice captain needs to coordinate the relationship between the players, and the ordinary players perform their duties. Don't pull the team back when it's time to contribute. The team members responsible for writing the report should closely follow the progress of the project.

5. Exercise vocational skills in the project.

College students should make full use of this project to exercise themselves and develop their professional skills. College students generally confirm the direction of innovation and entrepreneurship practice by trying different practical activities, and after long-term theoretical preparation and repeated practice in this direction, they may wish to use their accumulated advantages in this direction to increase their bargaining chips.

For example, students who aim at scientific research should exercise their scientific spirit in the project, lay a good theoretical foundation and learn to write qualified research documents; Students who participate in software and hardware projects can sum up practical experience in the project, improve their practical ability and project development level, and shorten their internship period when they are employed; Students who are in charge of marketing and external communication in the project should sum up their experience in project management and external public relations, so as to lay a foundation for similar work in the future.
