After many communications and consultations between the Zhaoyang District Committee and the government, the two sides reached a custody assistance agreement. Li Kun is the party secretary of Zhaoyang No.1 Middle School, and Liu Xisheng, vice president of Chenggong Campus of the middle school affiliated to Yunnan Normal University, is the principal of Zhaoyang No.1 Middle School. Zhaoyang District, under the jurisdiction of Zhaotong City, is located at the northeast end of Yunnan Province, at the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces, and at the core of national economic development zones.
