Starting from 20021,on the basis of continuing to support the expansion of inclusive resources supply, improving the funding mechanism of inclusive preschool education and consolidating the children's funding system, we will support preschool education development funds to increase the support direction of "supporting the improvement of education quality", focus on improving the conditions for running inclusive kindergartens, and equip them with appropriate teaching AIDS and picture books. At the same time, support urban high-quality parks and township public central parks that can stimulate weak kindergartens to carry out scientific education. In the allocation of funds, we will conscientiously implement the requirements of the central government to "consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively link up rural revitalization" and continue to give preferential treatment to poverty-stricken areas such as "three districts and three States". At the same time, all localities are required to give full play to the role of provincial co-ordination, rationally arrange budgets according to the principle of priorities, scientifically allocate funds, continue to increase support for poor areas, and increase support for areas that actively promote the development of inclusive private parks.
