Xingzhi Experimental Class was created by combining the philosophical thought of Wang Yangming, a thinker in the Ming Dynasty, and the educational idea of Tao Xingzhi, a modern educator, with the reform of talent training mode in normal universities in the new period. It conforms to the characteristics of teacher education and is a shortcut for the rapid rise of related disciplines, especially education disciplines.

Under the guidance of Mr. Tao Xingzhi's educational concept, Xingzhi experimental class advocates "integration of teaching and learning" and pays attention to educational practice and the cultivation of teachers' quality.

The goal of Xingzhi experimental class

1. Integrate the advantages of various resources of the school, and focus on building about 50 primary and secondary school teachers with noble ethics and excellent professional skills, covering the main subjects of basic education every year.

2. Innovate the normal education mode, and train about 500 outstanding teachers of basic education for Hubei in the future 10 through multi-level and multi-stage training systems such as undergraduate education and postgraduate education.
