Under the guidance of the educational syllabus, kindergarten education has unified national standards and requirements in terms of educational concepts, teaching contents and educational methods, which is scientific, systematic and comprehensive. If kindergarten teachers and parents are closely combined to form a joint force, our children will certainly develop in an all-round way and grow up healthily.
However, due to the background and cultural differences between families, the communication skills and methods between teachers and parents are uneven, and family cooperative education has become a thorny issue for teachers. At present, the current situation of family education is not optimistic, which can be summarized as three points:
First, some parents don't cooperate with the activities in the park. Some parents think that sending their children to kindergarten puts the responsibility of education on the teacher, who is only responsible for the children's economic and material foundation, and how to teach them is the teacher's business. However, kindergartens only require parents to cooperate with kindergarten work, and rarely consider their needs and ideas, so that parents are in a position of obedience. Second, parents and teachers have differences in education. Some parents think that kindergartens only pay attention to the cultivation and development of immediate intelligence, but ignore the all-round development of children's health, language, society, science and art. Third, parents don't know how to establish good communication with teachers.
Therefore, only when families and kindergartens cooperate closely and maintain basically the same educational goals and requirements can we build a rainbow bridge for our children's future. "Tutoring together" is the art that preschool teachers always pursue.
