Educational stories of senior high school teachers

By XX, my teaching career will enter the 20th year. In the past 20 years, stories between me and my students have happened every day, some happy, some sad, some excited, some helpless, some dribs and drabs. I think the value of these stories lies in influencing my understanding of the connotation of teachers' profession and helping me to mature and grow up in my post as a teacher.

Strange to say, what I remember best is what happened in the first year when I first set foot on my job.

18 years old, set foot on the job. Because I look like a big boy, I am worried that my classmates will not accept me. At that time, I felt I had to curb them in momentum, so I always put on a serious face in every class. In class, I don't laugh. I always take pains to point out and correct students' mistakes, and I can't help but criticize a few words. At first, I was complacent, because the classroom discipline was particularly good, and the students were "respectful" when they saw me. But after a while, I began to feel something was wrong in the classroom, and the classroom atmosphere became more and more boring. Seeing some students' numb faces in class, no matter what you can inspire, they just don't move, and I'm beginning to worry. I tried to change this situation, but I always got nowhere. One day, it happened to be my turn to start a class in the new teacher training group. I didn't expect that the students in this class were very active in speaking and thinking. I haven't had time to think about it. The next day, the head teacher of this class came to me and said, "You know, the students said that you were in a particularly good mood when you were in class yesterday. It would be great if you smile from class to class. They also say that you look good when you smile. " After listening to this, I suddenly understood the crux of my problem. When students see the teacher's serious expression all the time, they are often wrongly pointed out by the teacher. How can there be a positive atmosphere in the classroom and how can there be a good teaching effect? Teachers' emotions will infect students' emotions. A smile and affirmation from the teacher in class is very important for children, which is a powerful driving force to motivate children to make progress and the basis for children to treat all kinds of things with a positive attitude. Thanks to my children for pointing me in the wrong direction and correcting my first wrong view in teaching.

Since then, I have changed my teaching methods. Always smile in class, listen to students' answers patiently, and be generous in praise and encouragement. After a period of time, my classroom teaching has undergone a qualitative change. The distance between me and my students has also narrowed. Students often take the initiative to communicate with me after class. Some ask themselves what they don't understand in class, some ask me to solve some difficult math problems, and some tell me something about the class. So, there is the following little story.

One day, a girl mysteriously said to me: Miss Gao, do you know how many girls in our class have a small ring with a bell like you? I was confused at that time. You know, it was not easy to buy a toy ring like this in the 1990 s when the material was not as rich as it is now. Later, I learned that several girls in the class started as one of the parents who opened a small gift shop and traveled all over Shanghai to buy it. Although this is a small matter, it touches me a lot. I have always heard from teachers and older colleagues that as teachers, we must pay attention to our words and deeds and set an example. After this incident, I have a personal experience. In the eyes of children, everything about the teacher is beautiful. Although the students are young, they are really watching the teacher attentively. They will not only learn knowledge from teachers, but also learn various characteristics of teachers. Some classes and even students' handwriting is very similar to their Chinese teacher. I think this is the result of students' subconscious imitation. I want to thank my children for letting me really realize the importance of setting an example for the first time.

Educational stories of high school teachers II.

I am honored because I am engaged in the most glorious career in the world. Fortunately, I have been a class teacher for eleven years. During my years as a head teacher, there are many endless stories.

My story with my children continues every day. In my mind, some stories have been blurred, some stories have disappeared, but one thing will remain in my memory forever.

It was a cold winter. Just after the New Year, the father of a girl in our class was killed in an accident. When her mother told me the news, I seemed to see the grief of the child after losing his father. I seem to hear the child crying and I can't sleep well for the next few days. I want to call to say hello, but I'm afraid I'll disturb the just-calm heart of mother and daughter. So I went to school. On the first day of school, on the way to school, my mind was full of the girl's appearance, whether she looked at me with tears, whether she was pale and haggard, or ... I really didn't dare to think about it again. I tried my best to control my thoughts. Finally arrived at school, I couldn't wait to find her figure in the class. The moment I entered the classroom, my head hung down, but my heart hung up. She didn't come to school After walking around the office several times, I dialed her home phone and learned that her family would send her over later.

I felt a sort of surge of relief. I stood in the lobby of the building early, waiting for their mother and daughter. Seeing her mother come in holding her hand, I strode to meet her, held the girl in my arms and patted her on the head. The girl sobbed in my arms, and her mother took my hand in tears and said, "He Laoshi, you can have the baby, we can be a family ..." Then I sobbed. I shook her hand hard and told her, "I can understand how you feel. Leave the baby to me, don't worry! " "I tried my best to control my emotions, but tears still flowed down disobediently. I quickly wiped away my tears, fearing that my mother and daughter would feel even more sad after seeing it. Looking at the emaciated figure of the child's mother, I could hardly stand the cool breeze. I couldn't help hugging the girl as if I had been caught by something. I didn't rush to take her back to work, but took her hand and went to the office. I took her schoolbag, sat her in my chair, poured her a glass of water and put it in front of her, gestured for her to have a drink, and stuffed a pack of paper towels into her hand. Then I stood beside her and gently touched her shoulder with my hand. I think all languages are redundant at this time. What is more painful for a child than losing his father? After seeing the girl calm down, I left her in the office and held a class meeting for other students in the class. In just ten minutes, I seemed to see an illusion. All the children in the class sat there quietly without saying a word, some with tears in their eyes and some with their heads down. Their faces flashed a sense of heaviness that only adults have.

In the later days, my classmates and I often chatted and laughed with her, and that kind of slow smile returned to her face. It is this incident that made me see that my students are sincere, optimistic and responsible.

The Third Educational Story of Senior High School Teachers

After the division of arts and sciences, I took over Class 6, Grade 2. As soon as I got the roster of this class, several enthusiastic teachers introduced me to some "masters" with poor grades, reminding me to be careful, be strict with them and be cruel. I feel a lot of pressure. It was not until I took it from these so-called "masters" that I really felt trouble. These students have poor discipline. Not only do they not study, but they also influence others. They have no clear goals and requirements for learning.

One of my classmates gave me a headache in particular. Li Xinan, school choice, day student. My parents divorced and lived with my mother. The student's performance has been very lazy, and he goes his own way. He often fails to hand in his homework, attends classes and is late. The teacher talked to him for one day at most, and then returned to his original state on the third day. I severely criticized him after being late for no reason again. He was indifferent at that time, and I thought to myself, "What rotten wood!"

What made him like this? I saw the other side of his thoughts in his thoughts. He said that his bad grades were because he was used to it, he couldn't control himself, he didn't have the confidence to believe that he could do well, and he had to go to school "as he pleased". Second, he is really tired of learning. What if he is interested in Chinese in his studies? He can't realize his dream only by Chinese.

After finding this breakthrough, facing his reality and thinking again and again, I decided to start with the language he was interested in. So, I chatted with him, analyzed his current situation, and combined with the characteristics of his listening to stories, suggested with philosophical stories what he should do now to make his dream come true.

The first story: the fox praised his figure in the morning light and said, "I'm going to have lunch with the camel today!" " "All morning, it was looking for camels everywhere. But when the midday sun shone on its head, it looked at its figure again and said, "A mouse is enough!" " "Through this story, I told him that we should know ourselves correctly, do what we can, and do as much as we can.

The second story: someone did an experiment: organized three groups of people to walk along three villages ten miles away. The first group: I don't know the name of the village, I don't know the specific distance, just tell them to follow the guide. Just two or three miles, some people complain, some people get angry halfway, some people start complaining, some people stop and don't want to go, and the more depressed they get. The second group: know the name and distance of the village, but there is no milestone, so we can only estimate it by experience. On the way, experienced people say "about halfway". So everyone crowded forward. By three quarters of the time, everyone was depressed and exhausted, and the distance seemed to be far away. When someone said "it's almost there", everyone cheered and stepped up. The third group: not only know the name and distance of the village, but also have a milestone every mile. People are watching milestones while walking. Every mile shortened, everyone will have a little happiness! During the journey, they used songs and laughter to eliminate fatigue, and their mood was always high, and they soon reached their destination. Through this story, I told him that the road is at your feet, you must have goals, and you must refine your goals to succeed.

After listening to my story, he showed an epiphany. Later, in a weekly diary, he wrote: "teacher, I'm sorry to have worried you!" In the future, I will definitely show my style with practical actions! " I'm glad to see this. It seems that the role of the story is reflected.

After that, his performance was better, the number of lateness was obviously reduced, and his homework was basically completed on time. But in the face of such a student, if he relaxes a little, he may "relapse", so as long as he makes a little progress, I will try my best to encourage and praise him in front of my classmates, especially in the Chinese class he is interested in, and try to answer his questions as much as possible, give him more attention and supervision, make him the focus of the class and make him embarrassed to make mistakes again. Two weeks later, in a Chinese class, he raised his hand and asked to read the text. Listening to his eloquent recitation, I know that encouragement has worked! Some time ago, he took the initiative to tell me that his dream was to become a writer, and he set the goal and method of struggle. It seems that he has confidence in himself and is actively pursuing progress.

Now, he is changing bit by bit and also appears in class activities. Although I make mistakes occasionally, at least my attitude towards learning is positive and my interest in learning is stronger.

As the head teacher, I just took over the class, and I was a little at a loss at first! However, I am unwilling to tell myself that no matter how unhappy my classmates are, I will always believe that as long as I have a dream and work hard for it, I will certainly gain something!

Through contact with such students, I deeply realized that teachers should seize the opportunity to communicate with students in time. Only in this way can students' dreams be opened in time. High school students, in particular, have a strong sense of self, and ordinary high school students have a lot of confusion about learning. If we can't properly handle such and such problems between students, it may affect the relationship between teachers and students, which is bound to make students more "bad". Teachers should appreciate education more, understand and tolerate more, attach importance to students ideologically, let them learn to fly their dreams in appreciation, and let their dreams start from interest!
