Confucian educational thought
The ideal education of Confucianism is to serve the all-round growth of a person's spirit, not to cultivate a person's single skill.

Before Confucius, no one established such a concept of adult and whole person, and it was not until Confucius and later Confucianism established such a concept of whole person education.

Therefore, the Confucian educational idea is to be eager to learn, attach importance to classical humanistic education, take gentlemen as learning models, take the integrity of saints' personality as the training goal of education, and emphasize the educational idea of adults or the whole person, especially the initiative of learning and self. In the process of education, we always focus on turning people into noble people with all-round development.
