The story tells the painful experience of a little boy with cognitive impairment at school. Because of dyslexia, teachers, classmates and parents all thought he was a problem student. He was laughed at, reprimanded and transferred to another school, which finally made him fall into fear and despair. No one has ever tried to really understand this child, including his parents.

Until the arrival of a teacher-a young, lively and eclectic art substitute teacher discovered his painting talent, made a sincere understanding, and then tirelessly guided and patiently taught. Different forms of teaching changed the little boy, and he overcame the reading barrier. Later, he surpassed his art teacher to win the championship in the painting competition between teachers and students in the whole school.

The school even took the little boy's work as the cover of the graduation album, and since then the child has been regarded as a genius by teachers and classmates. As a teacher, I was moved by this substitute art teacher. It is every teacher's attitude and responsibility to treat students.

I deeply feel that the noble love of teachers is to treat students equally, and never treat them differently according to their grades. Do "three hearts", that is, "love, patience and care", always care about students, especially those with poor learning, and "especially love you".

Don't be impatient, be patient with students, be good at finding good changes in students' nuances, give more encouragement, cultivate students' healthy personality, establish students' self-confidence in learning, and pay attention to cultivating students' interest in learning.

In the next few days, I learned to be strict with myself, abide by the law, fulfill my duties, abide by social morality, be loyal to the people's education and be a teacher.

In this year's professional quality test for young teachers, President Rui made clear the test objectives before the end of last semester, so I attached great importance to this test, bought some materials in the summer vacation, arranged some time to review topics every day, and carefully reviewed the English curriculum standards for primary and secondary schools in compulsory education. Everything pays off. Because of my ideological attention, I got good results in this exam, which taught me to take everything seriously and do things practically.
