Science and engineering comprehensive class
Chongqing University started to run "Comprehensive Science and Engineering" from 200 1, and has accumulated nearly ten years of experience in education, teaching and personnel training. Selected Graduates Mode: 200 students were enrolled in the "Science and Technology Comprehensive Class" in 20 10. The students are composed of two parts, one part is directly admitted from the freshmen of the college entrance examination (40 students), and the other part is selected from the science candidates (160 students) after the freshmen report. Students who are not suitable to continue studying in "comprehensive science and engineering" for academic or other reasons will quit "comprehensive science and engineering" in advance and return to their original majors. Students who are directly admitted to the "Comprehensive Science and Technology Class" in the college entrance examination may apply for the relevant majors of the school if they withdraw from the "Comprehensive Science and Technology Class" in advance. However, in principle, its college entrance examination score is not lower than the minimum score line for students to apply for professional admission in their provinces and cities.
Training mode: the principle of running a school is "strong foundation, wide specialty and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude", and the "2+X" training mode is adopted for the "comprehensive class of science and engineering". In the first and second grades, Hong Shen University will organize teaching and student status management in a centralized way, and carry out basic humanities education, natural science education, basic subject education and scientific literacy training in accordance with the educational concept of general knowledge plus discipline. Economic management innovation experimental class
Relying on the National "Innovative Experimental Zone for Training Mode of Business Administration Talents" of School of Economics and Business Administration of Chongqing University, Hong Shen University and School of Economics and Business Administration jointly set up "Management Innovation Experimental Class". The "Economic Management Innovation Experimental Class" aims at cultivating innovative and research-oriented high-quality economic management talents, and forms a centralized training mechanism for Chongqing University's master's and doctoral research talents, reserve talents for further study abroad and high-end management reserve talents. Selection of students: In 20 10, the "Economic Management Innovation Experimental Class" plans to recruit 30 students. Among them, the college entrance examination directly admits freshmen 10.
