(2) College graduates who participated in the "Three Supports and One Support" program: they were recruited by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security in 20 15 and 20 16, served for two years, and obtained the "Three Supports and One Support" service certificate for college graduates, but have not yet entered the "Three Supports and One Support" personnel of party and government organs, institutions and state-owned enterprises; In 20 17, the "three supports and one support" personnel were recruited by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, passed the annual review, and were still on the job as of April 20 19.

(3) College graduates who participated in the national and local project of "Volunteer Service for College Students in the West": they were recruited by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and state (city) youth league committees in 20 14 (limited to three years of service), 20 15, and 20 16 years, and have not yet entered. College graduates who were recruited by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and state (city) Communist Youth League committees in 201April 19, and passed the annual review, are still working in the national and local projects of the "Western Plan".
