1. What materials should be prepared for service retention certification?

1. Academic degree certificate or higher education diploma (hereinafter referred to as diploma) that needs to be certified. Upload file format: pdf format, no more than 5M.

2. Passport (pass) and visa (endorsement) used during studying abroad. The uploaded file format is: jpg format, and each file does not exceed1m.

3. The photo of my recent standard certificate is not limited to the background color. Upload file format: jpg format, no more than1m.

4. Certificate verification authorization statement filled out and signed according to the requirements of the detention center. Upload file format: pdf format, no more than1m.

5. Other relevant materials. The uploaded file format is: jpg format, and each file does not exceed1m.

Two, in the country (territory) certification institutions do not meet the requirements of the academic system, be sure to provide a complete transcript or research certificate during the study period;

Applicants who have studied in many countries and schools, or whose countries of study are different from the awarding institutions, must submit complete transcripts during their study;

In order to accurately judge the applicant's professional field, it is recommended that the applicant submit a complete transcript during the study period;

Due to the differences of educational systems in a few countries, additional application materials are needed;

Other relevant materials that the applicant needs to submit in order to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of certification (subject to the Notice of Supplementary Materials).

Third, keep the certification process.

1. Log in to China Study Abroad Network, click on the service hall, and the webpage will jump to the login page. Click on the lower right corner to register immediately, and fill in personal information as required to create an account.

2. After logging in, return to the service hall, select the option of Chinese mainland residents under the column of academic degree certification, apply online, and click Add Certification Application to handle it.

3. Scan the QR code of the webpage, download the "National Government Service Platform" App, perform face recognition as required, complete the real person authentication, and obtain personal entry and exit records. If you have completed the above steps, but have not obtained the entry and exit records, a skip button will appear at the bottom of the page. You can upload the entry and exit record page of your passport/pass during your study abroad on the upload materials page.

4. After real person authentication, improve personal information and start formal application. Please select "Foreign Degree Certificate" as the application type.

5. Fill in the formal application information of academic degree, and fill in academic degree and study experience as required.

Tip: Fill in the learning experience from high school, and fill in the experience at least twice. If you have ever taken an online course to get credit, you must attach a written statement and explain why.

In addition, a certification application can only certify one degree. If more than one degree needs to be certified, please fill in the certification application information separately.

6. After filling in the application information, upload the authentication materials prepared in advance as required, including photos, authorization statements, certificates, report forms, other supplementary materials, personal passport information pages, visas, entry and exit records, etc.

7. After confirming that the above information is correct, click Submit Application and pay the 360 yuan certification fee. After the payment is successful, you will receive a payment voucher, and the single number on the voucher is the voucher for querying the certification progress. Please keep it safe!

8. If you need to submit supplementary materials again, please upload supplementary materials according to the prompt requirements, and you only need to supplement your qualification once each time. If the uploaded information is typed back, all materials need to be uploaded again.

After completing the above steps, you can wait patiently for the authentication to be completed. You can check the certification progress, application details and estimated completion time in the evaluation and review section. Under normal circumstances, most applications for accreditation of US-Canada and Sino-foreign cooperative education will be completed within 10 working days (excluding legal holidays). It may also lead to the extension of the review period during the peak application period.

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 5 Certification Contents

The main contents of academic degree certification are:

(a) to provide proof for the legitimacy of overseas academic degree certificates or higher education diploma issuing institutions;

(two) to provide authentication for the authenticity of academic degree certificates issued by overseas universities or other institutions of higher education or higher education diplomas with degree utility;

(3) Providing authentication opinions on the correspondence between overseas degrees and domestic degrees;

(four) to issue certification certificates to foreign academic degree certificates or higher education diplomas that have passed the certification evaluation.

Article 6 defines the scope of certification.

The service center only provides authentication services for the following certificates:

(1) Academic degree certificates and higher education diplomas obtained by studying in foreign universities or other institutions of higher education;

(2) Academic degree certificates and higher education diplomas obtained by Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools (projects) established in China according to law;

(three) the corresponding academic degree certificates and higher education diplomas obtained from universities or other institutions of higher education in Taiwan Province Province.

(four) the corresponding academic degree certificates and higher education diplomas obtained by studying in universities or other institutions of higher education in China Special Administrative Region;

(5) Bachelor's degree certificates and higher education diplomas obtained from universities or other institutions of higher education in China Special Administrative Region.

Article 7 The scope of certification is not stipulated for the time being.

The following foreign certificates are temporarily out of the scope of academic degree certification:

(a) graduation (completion) certificate obtained by participating in foreign language training or studying other non-academic education courses;

(2) the research experience and postdoctoral research of trainees and visiting scholars;

(3) Admission certificates issued by overseas institutions of higher learning or other institutions of higher education;

(4) Non-higher education diplomas, honorary titles and honorary degree certificates without corresponding study or research experience abroad;

(5) Overseas academic degree certificates and higher education diplomas obtained in violation of laws or regulations, as well as overseas academic degree certificates and higher education diplomas not recognized by the country to which they belong;

(6) Cross-border distance foreign academic degree certificates and higher education diplomas;

(seven) qualification certificates of various occupations (practices) outside the country (territory);
