Those who have passed the two-level consecutive interpretation examination and obtained the certificate may take the interpretation practice (simultaneous interpretation) examination instead of the comprehensive interpretation ability examination, and obtain the corresponding certificate if they pass the examination. Those who take the examination of interpreting practice (simultaneous interpretation) should submit the People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) Grade II English Interpretation and Translation Qualification (Level) Certificate.

The training of national simultaneous interpreters is mainly accomplished through master's degree education, mainly the master's degree in simultaneous interpretation.
