Shanghai Oriental Business School Refund Process
1. First, the parents of Shanghai Oriental Shangxue students apply and fill in the refund application form.

2. Secondly, the teacher communicates the students' learning situation, confirms the responsible party, and implements the corresponding fee refund standard according to the specific reasons and circumstances. The teacher and the educational administration verify the cancellation of the class and sign it (completed within 3 working days).

3. Finally, the parents will take the payment receipt or transaction record and the signed refund application form to the front desk of the campus where they are located to issue a refund form, which will be reviewed and signed by the principal of the campus, and the relevant staff will pay the refund with the signed refund form.
