Article 10 The State shall strengthen password security education in various forms, incorporate password security education into the national education system and the civil servant education and training system, and enhance the password security awareness of citizens, legal persons and other organizations.

Twelfth any organization or individual shall not steal other people's encrypted information or illegally invade other people's password protection system. No organization or individual may use passwords to engage in illegal and criminal activities that endanger national security, social public interests and the legitimate rights and interests of others.
