What is on-the-job education?
Refers to the identification of the authenticity of obtaining the highest education during the on-the-job period.

On-the-job education is divided into two types:

1, is on-the-job academic education, that is, to apply for, study and take exams as on-the-job personnel. After passing the exam, on-the-job education will officially go to the school where it is applied for full-time study;

2. It is a non-academic education with the same academic ability, that is, first study the course and meet the conditions for applying for the same academic ability stipulated by the state (for example, the standard for graduate students to apply for a bachelor's degree is more than three years), so that they can sign up for the joint entrance examination with the same academic ability organized by the state every year, formally enter the school, and obtain academic qualifications after passing the examination.
