1. Continuing education time
The financial departments at all levels and relevant units shall, according to the actual situation, organize and carry out the continuing education of Hunan accounting professional and technical personnel in 2022, and complete it before the end of June 2023.
2. The form of continuing education
Public subjects shall be handled according to the relevant requirements of documentNo. [2022]11of Hunan People's Social Affairs Department. Professional subjects are mainly online training, supplemented by face-to-face training, and carried out in the form of a combination of various training methods. Accounting professionals and technicians can voluntarily choose the form of continuing education.
3. Management of continuing education institutions
Accounting continuing education and training institutions shall comply with the relevant provisions of Article 15 of the Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Continuing Education of Accounting Professional and Technical Personnel (Caishui 18).
Professional discipline training institutions for continuing education of accounting professional and technical personnel include:
(1) Continuing education and training institutions for accounting professionals and technicians in financial departments at all levels;
(two) the internal training institutions for continuing education and training of accounting professionals and technicians organized by the competent departments of various industries;
(3) Face-to-face training institutions that have been recognized by the human resources and social security department and filed by the financial department and have the training conditions for professional subjects;
(four) the provincial department of finance for the record and meet the corresponding requirements of the network training institutions.
The financial department shall publish qualified training institutions on the official website of the financial department. Training institutions that have not been filed and announced by the financial department may not carry out continuing education and training for accounting professionals and technicians.
