Explore the new training mode of "five to one"
Due to the different training objectives, professional degree graduate students and academic graduate students will inevitably show significant differences in training mode. Fourth, it is guided by educational probation, study and practice. In the second semester, the school plans to organize Master of Education to participate in two-week educational practice activities and follow the teaching and research staff to observe and participate in research activities. At the same time, select primary and secondary schools and kindergartens with high-quality educational resources, and establish a joint training workstation and practice base for master of education.
Fifth, the influence of teachers' education and culture is the guarantee. A series of educational and teaching skills competitions are held twice a year. Develop a distinctive "teacher education lecture hall", regularly hire front-line experts in basic education and outstanding principals and teachers to give lectures at the school, and strengthen cooperation and exchanges with different countries and regions.
