Don't belong. Hunan Student Sports Association is a mass sports organization, which is jointly managed by Hunan Provincial Department of Education and Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau. Its main duties are to carry out the Party's educational policy, implement the national education and sports policies, organize and coordinate the student sports activities of all levels and schools in the province, and promote the all-round development of students' physical and mental health. Does not belong to the administrative department of education.
