Kindergarten teachers graduated from kindergarten normal school or above.

Primary school teacher qualification: graduated from secondary normal school or above.

Junior high school teacher qualification: graduated from higher normal college or above.

Qualifications of teachers in high schools and secondary vocational schools: Bachelor degree or above in Normal University or other universities.

Teachers in secondary vocational schools have graduated from secondary vocational schools or above.

And have a professional technical position of assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate engineer or above.

Teachers' qualifications of universities, graduate students or university graduates.

Adult education teachers have higher education and graduated from technical secondary school or above.

Students (sophomores, juniors and fresh graduates) can register for the exam with their student ID cards or relevant certificates.

(3) Education and teaching ability

1. Have the basic qualities and abilities necessary to undertake education and teaching. Non-normal education graduates need to make up lessons in pedagogy and psychology, test and evaluate their teaching ability, and get qualified results.

2. The level of Putonghua should reach the second-class and above standard of "Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade" promulgated by the State Language Committee, and obtain the corresponding Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate.

3. Have good physical and psychological qualities, no infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, meet the needs of education and teaching, and pass the physical examination in hospitals at or above the county level as recognized by the teacher qualification accreditation body.

Putonghua level

Unless otherwise stipulated by teachers in colleges and universities, teachers in other classes should be certified to reach the level of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade B or above.

China citizens who have not reached the national statutory retirement age at the end of the registration year, have the teacher qualifications stipulated in the Teachers Law and are willing to engage in teaching work may apply for and legally recognize the teacher qualifications of kindergartens, primary schools, junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools (including internship guidance).

(1) Application Procedure:

Normal school: previous graduates need to prepare the following materials: 1, the original and photocopy of my ID card; 2. Original and photocopy of graduation certificate of normal education major; 3, "the applicant's ideological and moral appraisal form" (on-the-job personnel are provided by their units, and non-on-the-job personnel are provided by the township (town) government or street offices where their household registration is located); 4. I fill in the teacher qualification application form; 5. A medical certificate issued by a hospital at or above the county level designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution; 6. The original and photocopy of the Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate.

In the last semester before graduation, fresh normal students can apply to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where they are studying or planning to teach. Academic transcripts are used instead of academic certificates when applying, and the ideological and moral appraisal form is provided by the school. Other requirements are the same as those of previous students.

Only after the above materials have passed the examination by the teacher qualification accreditation body can they receive the teacher qualification certificate.

Non-normal class: the materials to be prepared are basically the same as those prepared by normal graduates this year and in the past. After passing the initial examination, they can participate in the survey of basic quality and ability of education and teaching organized by the teacher qualification expert review Committee, and provide proof of examination results of pedagogy and psychology. In line with the conditions, the teacher qualification accreditation body will inform the accreditation results within the corresponding acceptance period.

(2) Application time:

Teachers' accreditation bodies and institutions of higher learning entrusted according to law accept accreditation once a year in spring and autumn.

Examination courses and time for non-normal graduates (including on-the-job and off-the-job personnel): the examination courses are divided into: higher education for senior teachers and higher education psychology; Teachers in middle schools (including secondary vocational schools) offer examinations in pedagogy and secondary educational psychology; Primary school teachers test pedagogy and primary school educational psychology; Preschool teachers began to test infant pedagogy and infant psychology and hygiene. The exam is held once a year.

(3) Certification bodies:

According to the relevant regulations, the county-level education administrative department is responsible for accepting the qualification of kindergarten and junior high school teachers; The state (city) education administrative department is responsible for accepting the qualifications of senior middle school teachers, secondary vocational school teachers and their practice instructors; The Provincial Department of Education is responsible for accepting the qualification of college teachers.

According to the relevant departments of the Provincial Department of Education, in order to facilitate the job-hunting needs of college graduates, it is planned to complete the teacher qualification examination and identification of graduates who voluntarily engage in teaching during or before leaving school from next year.
