Ningbo Education Bureau is under centralized management. The Ningbo Municipal Government decided to bring the Software College of Zhejiang University into the centralized management of the Municipal Education Bureau. After the relocation, the Software College of Ningbo Zhejiang University will be located in Yinzhou District, Ningbo City.
