In many teaching links in colleges and universities, the importance of graduation design is self-evident. The performance of graduates in graduation design directly affects the evaluation of students' own ability and the ability of colleges and universities to cultivate talents. As a major with a large number of students and a broad future employment direction, the graduation design of its graduates will affect their future employment ability. This paper briefly expounds the problems existing in graduation design of business administration graduates, and discusses how to improve the quality of graduation design through teaching reform.

Social demand is the main driving force to guide colleges and universities to set up specific disciplines. The major of industrial and commercial enterprise management is established to meet the needs of modern enterprises for management talents. Students in this major must have the relevant knowledge needed for management positions and the comprehensive ability to manage enterprises, so as to meet the application-oriented demand of enterprises for high-quality talents. After years of study, students of this major have accumulated rich theoretical and practical experience, and graduation design is an important barrier to test their level. However, due to the influence of teaching factors, students can't fully reflect their knowledge in graduation design, so colleges and universities need to carry out corresponding teaching reforms to improve the quality of graduation design.
1 Many Problems in Graduation Design and Their Causes
Because graduation thesis defense is the main way of business administration major in colleges and universities in China, the author mainly analyzes the problems existing in the process of graduation thesis writing in this paper.
1. 1 The graduation project made by graduates majoring in business administration with improper topics is to study practical problems in the thesis, and then analyze and solve the selected topics by using their accumulated theoretical knowledge and practical experience over the years. Therefore, whether the graduates majoring in business administration can skillfully and flexibly apply the knowledge to the graduation design will directly affect the quality of the graduation design. The topic selection of graduation project should not only meet the practical requirements, but also meet the moderate requirements. For example, students should choose a specific object that exists in reality when carrying out graduation design. This object can be an enterprise, a public institution, a public institution or even a specific management event, which can not only ensure that the research content is pragmatic, but also avoid that the research scope is too large, and the research content is not deep enough and comprehensive enough. However, the reality is that most students only see the surface when choosing a topic, and do not explore the essence of the research object in depth, and even they are not clear enough about whether the research object is within their knowledge structure. They only choose topics according to their own interests, but they don't meet the practical requirements of graduation design, which is stranded because they can't finish it independently.
1.2 Lack of creativity is a prejudice of business administration? Liberal arts? Majors, whose courses are mostly liberal arts courses, usually impart theoretical plane knowledge to students in the teaching process, due to the lack of specific? Things? , so the teaching content can't be given to people? Spatial? It is difficult for students to flexibly apply what they have learned to specific research objects. The investigation of knowledge points in colleges and universities has concealed these shortcomings of business administration students, but the shortcomings of insufficient innovation ability are more direct and prominent in graduation design. Graduates will choose existing materials for simple piecing together, but they lack the analysis and processing of materials. Although they have mastered a lot of theoretical knowledge in several years of study, they don't know how to use this knowledge to find the breakthrough point of research, nor do they know how to use the accumulated experience to analyze and process materials. Therefore, in the graduation design of these graduates, there is either no in-depth understanding of the topic of the thesis, or just a simple interception and pasting of information processing knowledge, and the overall lack of innovation ability.
1.3 There are misunderstandings in thinking and understanding. By observing the process of tutors guiding students, we can find that many students don't pay enough attention to graduation project. Some students think that the graduation project is only a summary of what they have learned in recent years, so they just need to summarize the accumulated knowledge in these years. Some students think that work is more important than graduation design, and teachers will not affect students' future employment because of problems in graduation design. The graduation project is just a large-scale homework, so they simply pile up a paper to perfuse the teacher. Problems in ideological understanding make students focus only a small part of their energy on the thesis, which eventually leads to the extremely low quality of the graduation thesis.
1.4 error management in schools The error management in schools is embodied in two aspects. On the one hand, the timing of graduation project is not reasonable enough. Most colleges and universities arrange graduation projects in the last academic year, which is the busiest academic year for graduates. Graduation practice, job hunting and various qualification examinations make the energy of graduates far from being able to support such great pressure, and the time and energy are greatly squeezed, and the quality of graduation design is greatly reduced. In addition, the school lacks the cultivation of students' social research ability and thesis writing ability, and the students' ability is insufficient, which leads to a significant decline in the quality of graduation design. On the other hand, the continuous expansion of schools and majors makes it difficult for tutors to provide one-on-one guidance. One-to-many guidance mode makes it difficult for tutors to distribute their energy evenly to each student, which will inevitably lead to scattered guidance for students. Such loose contact between teachers and students will not guarantee the quality of graduation design. Coupled with the lack of tutors' ability and lax school examination and approval system, graduation design is undoubtedly difficult to achieve? Strict control? .
2. Improve the quality of graduation design and carry out specific practice of teaching reform.
Compared with other majors offered in colleges and universities, business administration majors pay more attention to students' working ability in word processing and expression. The most important factor affecting students' two abilities is the teaching process during school. Therefore, colleges and universities should carry out teaching reform on graduation project, so as to ensure that teachers can better guide students and guide them to complete graduation project better, thus improving their practical application ability in future work.
2. 1 Select the topic according to the actual situation of the enterprise or society. With the advancement of global economic integration, more and more enterprises have integrated into the world market. In the face of all kinds of competition, many new things have been born and many new problems have emerged. These new problems and new things can be used as the direction of selecting topics for business administration graduates. Because these problems are very specific and the environment is different, they can be analyzed by different theories, so it is very feasible to combine the actual themes of society and enterprises in the topic selection of the paper. For example, application-oriented topics such as human resource management, marketing, financial management and advertising planning that emphasize micro-value can meet the actual needs of graduation design. For those students who have been internship or working in enterprises, they can directly study the specific problems encountered in their internship or work and discuss solutions through personal thinking. Because their graduation design is closely related to practical work, the quality of graduation design will be very satisfactory. Although the combination of graduation design and work practice will make both students and teachers face certain pressure, the differences between concrete examples make graduation design innovative, and students will have more frequent contact when seeking teacher guidance. The close relationship between teachers and students will also ensure the effectiveness of guidance, so the quality of graduation design will be significantly improved.
2.2 Work-process-oriented teaching design reform If we want to carry out work-process-oriented teaching design reform, we first need colleges and universities to conduct social research to clarify the specific needs of the talent market or employers for enterprise management talents. Then make a teaching plan according to the career direction, such as cultivating students' skills in the first academic year, choosing the employment direction in the second academic year, and carrying out specific teaching and practice according to the specific direction in the third and fourth academic years, which can avoid the confusion of students' topic selection and the design content is not realistic. This new teaching reform direction of work-study combination has the following directions: First, the two-way interactive mode of school-enterprise cooperation, in which the participation of both schools and enterprises can enable students to experience completely different environments and enjoy significantly different resources. Under this new teaching mode, most graduates will become applied talents, who naturally will not write simple theoretical articles. Their high level of theoretical and practical ability makes their graduation project necessarily combined with practical problems, and will inevitably give practical solutions to practical problems. The second is the order-based work-study alternating education mode, which is an efficient comprehensive quality talent training mode. The signing of talent training agreement and the formulation of talent training plan between schools and enterprises not only make students' learning objectives adapt to future employment, but also provide theoretical and technical support for scientific research and innovation of graduation design, and the quality of graduation thesis will be improved accordingly.
2.3 According to the professional requirements of personnel training, formulate relevant teaching requirements. The future employment direction of business administration graduates is to enter enterprises and institutions and assume the role of managers. Therefore, during school, the school should not only cultivate students' professional ability, but also shape students' comprehensive ability, so that graduates of this major have both humanistic spirit and scientific spirit. In teaching, we should constantly improve theoretical literacy and realize the organic combination of thesis and practice. Daily teaching should set teaching objectives according to the above requirements, not graduation design. For example, we can simplify the teaching links related to graduation design and strengthen the review of the content of graduation design itself; Or to a certain extent, reduce the requirements for the depth of graduation design research, and pay attention to the combination of graduation design and practical management issues. Only through such teaching reform, students can be improved in topics selection, research, literature collection, teacher guidance, etc., and they can better flexibly apply their professional knowledge to graduation design, making graduation design an analysis report that combines theory with practice perfectly, rather than a simple theoretical article, and students can face the relevant examinations conducted by the school more perfectly.
3 Conclusion
There are always problems in the quality of graduation design for business administration majors. The main reason for these problems is that there are many problems in teaching that are not conducive to improving the quality of graduation design. This paper first introduces the graduation project, and then expounds the feasible teaching reform suggestions, hoping to play a reference role for educators engaged in related work.
