From The Analects of Confucius Wei Linggong: Confucius said, "There are no classes in teaching." Teaching: education; Class: Class. There are two explanations:
Explanation 1: Anyone can receive education.
Explanation 2: People are "superior" in nature. For example, some are smart and some are stupid; Some are virtuous and some are corrupt. However, these differences can be eliminated through education. "Teaching without class" means that "teaching without class" is the result of education, not the premise.
Other educational viewpoints:
A) "Listen to what he does and observe what he does" (emphasizing the role of practice)
B), "See the sage Si Qi Yan, see the sage and introspect" (emphasize the role of example)
C) "Help others with friends" (emphasizing the importance of social relations)
D) "Don't take it out on yourself" (emphasize the importance of the educated to have a correct attitude, don't take it out on others, and you can correct your mistakes when you know them)
E), "keep your word and do what you want" (emphasizing strict self-discipline)
F) "Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" (emphasizing teaching students in accordance with their aptitude)
