In some books that mention the spirit of education, the discussion of the spirit of education still stays at the level of individual micro-activities of teachers' selfless dedication, regardless of personal gains and losses, but does not rise to the level of overall macro-activities of maintaining the essence of education, highlighting educational ideals and beliefs, and carrying forward educational character and realm. Educational spirit, the most core and basic factor in educational thought or will, plays a role in value orientation or direction guidance for educational spirit. 1.3 characteristics and types of educational spirit We believe that educational spirit should have the following characteristics: cultural: because people grasp the world in a cultural way, culture is the life world of people and of course the life world of education. Different "quality" cultures will inevitably breed different "quality" education, and cultures with different characteristics will inevitably lead to changes in the basic characteristics of education.
