2. Comprehensive quality evaluation. Colleges and universities where students are located should formulate comprehensive quality evaluation schemes according to relevant requirements and make them public voluntarily, so as to ensure clear evaluation standards, standardized procedures, strict processes and fair results. The comprehensive quality evaluation results are composed of course academic performance (credits) and comprehensive performance (including ideological and moral status, innovation and entrepreneurship, etc.). ), in which the proportion of course grades (credits) is not less than 80%. The comprehensive quality evaluation criteria of students who change majors during their school years are the same as those of other students who change majors. The comprehensive quality evaluation results should be publicized throughout the school, and the publicity period should be no less than 5 working days to ensure openness and transparency.

(2) Candidates are qualified for self-recommendation.

1. Students who are not recommended by colleges and universities can take the comprehensive vocational ability test of the admissions institution, and only after passing the test can they be qualified to apply for the school.

2. Professional comprehensive ability test. Admissions institutions should publish the examination plans for different majors through our official website within 3 days after our office issued the 202 1 enrollment plan. The list of self-recommended candidates was submitted by the admissions colleges from March 22nd to 25th, 20021. Candidates of retired college students and soldiers shall be submitted to the provincial education entrance examination institute by the municipal entrance examination institution before March 24th, 20021. Candidate information includes candidate's name, ID number, gender, soldier's discharge certificate number, graduation certificate number, language of public foreign language courses during junior college, graduation school, graduation major and photos.

Fourth, the enrollment plan

(a) colleges and universities recommend candidates enrollment plan. According to the basic situation of enrollment institutions and the situation of students, the specific enrollment plan will be notified separately after being issued by the higher authorities.

(2) Self-recommended candidates enrollment plan. Self-recommended candidates who have participated in the college entrance examination and reached the admission standards of the same school and major will increase their enrollment plans separately.

Retired college students and soldiers are planned separately, and the enrollment institutions and plans are determined according to the proportion of candidates recommended by the same professional institutions 10%. If the enrollment ratio is less than 40% after the increase, it will be 40%.

(4) Establish a special graduation plan for graduates from poor families. The special graduation plan for graduates from poor families with the establishment of a file card shall be implemented as a separate plan. The enrollment institutions and plans are determined according to the increase in the proportion of candidates recommended by the same professional institutions 10%, and 40% will be implemented if the enrollment ratio is less than 40% after the increase.
