Bug caused it. Pocket box is a software that can play computer on mobile phone. The reason why the pocket box cloud computer software can't be used is that there is a bug in the software and the player needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled. As of August 19, 2022, the official has urgently fixed this problem and it can be used normally.
