In school education, there are often implicit education and explicit education. Those planned, organized and guided education for students are called explicit education, such as team activities, theme team meetings, heart-to-heart talks and classroom teaching. Education imposed on students in an unplanned, unorganized, indirect and hidden way belongs to hidden education.

First, the image of teachers

Image is a comprehensive expression of various psychological characteristics, that is, a basic mental outlook. Educational psychology believes that the image of teachers has a strong spiritual appeal to the formation of students' world outlook such as cognition, emotion and will, and is one of the important factors that affect students' formation of "four haves" thought from an early age.

A teacher with a good image must be dedicated, open-minded, studious, principled, upright, self-disciplined, tolerant, elegant and knowledgeable.

When students live with such a teacher, they will "get close to Zhu", take the teacher as an example, and constantly internalize the teacher's mental outlook into their own mental outlook to shape their own image.

Second, the goal of education.

As a psychological tendency, the goal always quietly and powerfully affects the attitude and behavior of the object of education, so that the object can receive education unconsciously and develop towards the ideal goal.

This discovery was made by American psychologist Rosenthal through experiments. The reason why educational goals can promote students' development in the expected direction lies in their subtle but hidden educational power.

This kind of educational power is manifested in that when teachers expect students to achieve a certain goal, they will find them particularly pleasing to the eye and will involuntarily give them more love, encouragement and even help.

Over time, students naturally understand the teacher's expectations and concerns, and thus make corresponding responses in sensibility and behavior, so they work hard and develop towards a certain goal that the teacher thinks, so they will make greater progress.

Third, the educational environment.

Education can be divided into three categories: teaching education, environmental education and service education. Among them, learning environment is an important factor affecting students' physical and mental development. Environment includes social environment and natural environment. Social environment refers to the environment in which various forms of things in society, such as systems, regulations, culture, public opinion, ethos and social activities, are formed.

Natural environment refers to the environment composed of various things in nature, such as mountains and rivers, landscapes, climate, flowers and trees, animals and so on. Any school exists in a certain social and natural environment. Students who have been studying and living in this environment for a long time will inevitably be influenced by various values, public opinion orientation, life attitude, natural scenery and other information, and receive education unconsciously.

School education practice has proved that a good learning environment can promote students' physical and mental health, while a bad learning environment will corrode students' physical and mental development. Therefore, optimizing and beautifying the campus environment is also an important educational factor to beautify students' minds and cultivate cross-century successors.
