2. Interview: The total score is 30 points. It mainly examines candidates' image, language expression ability and basic teaching skills, among which the bonus items are: party member of the Communist Party of China or party member 1 point, 2 points for graduate students, 1 point for candidates with professional and technical certificates above Grade 8 or winning prizes in national competitions, and 2 points for candidates with first-class scholarships and above, "three good students" or "excellent student cadres" during their study in school. The examination time is 8 minutes.

3. According to the total scores of college graduates in written test and interview from high to low, and according to the actual number of recruits in various disciplines, determine the list of personnel who entered the second stage assessment from high to low, and publicize it on the new district education network (the backbone teachers who passed the interview directly entered the second stage assessment).
