The educational administrative system is the national educational administrative organization system. It is the general name of the organizational structure and working system of national leadership and management education.

The educational administrative system is mainly composed of the establishment of educational administrative organizations, the subordinate relationship of educational administrative institutions at all levels and the division of their functions and powers. It is generally established in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and relevant laws and is an important part of the national administrative system.

The core of the educational administrative system is the national educational administrative power structure. Including the distribution of educational administrative power between the central and local governments, the distribution of educational administrative power between educational administrative departments at all levels and other departments, the division of administrative power between educational administrative organs at all levels and schools, and various power distribution relations within educational administrative organs.

As a social undertaking management system, the educational administrative system is not static. With the change of social background conditions or the development of the education system itself, the education administrative system must make corresponding changes.
