Institutional functions:

The District Education Bureau implements the principles, policies and decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee on education work, and adheres to and strengthens the centralized and unified leadership of the Party on education work in the process of performing its duties in accordance with the work requirements of the District Committee.
