Guangdong Education Examinations Institute is a deputy department-level institution, which is managed by Guangdong Education Department. The daily work of the Guangdong Provincial Admissions Committee and the Guangdong Provincial Self-study Examination Committee is undertaken by the center. The Office of the Admissions Committee of Guangdong Senior Secondary School (hereinafter referred to as Guangdong Admissions Office) is the executive body of the Guangdong Admissions Committee. Responsible for the registration, examination and admission of students from the whole province to colleges and universities across the country, and also responsible for the students from this province to apply for master's and technical secondary schools all over the country. The Office of Joint Recruitment of Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Students in People's Republic of China (PRC) Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as the Liaison Office) is affiliated to the Guangdong Provincial Admissions Office, which is mainly responsible for the registration, examination and admission of overseas Chinese and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students in mainland colleges and universities. The office of Guangdong Provincial Self-taught Examination Committee is the administrative organ of Guangdong Provincial Self-taught Examination, and it is also the office of Guangdong Provincial Self-taught Examination Committee, which is responsible for the daily work of Guangdong Provincial Examination Committee. Guangdong Provincial Senior Secondary School Admissions Committee Office and Guangdong Provincial Self-taught Examination Committee Office are located in Guangdong Provincial Examination Center.

The main responsibilities of Guangdong Education Examinations Institute

(a) the specific preparation of higher and secondary school entrance examination plan, self-study examination plan, and organize the implementation after approval;

(two) to undertake the entrance examination for higher and secondary schools, as well as the registration, proposition, examination, marking and admission of the entrance examination for secondary schools and other unified examinations;

(three) to undertake the organization and management of self-study examination registration, proposition, examination, marking and examination in the province;

(four) entrusted to undertake the organization of the joint enrollment plan for overseas Chinese students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in ordinary colleges and universities across the country;

(five) to undertake the proposition, examination and marking of computer grade examination, college English grade examination and other education level examinations;

(six) to undertake the construction, software development, system operation and maintenance of all kinds of unified education examination computer management systems in the province;

(seven) to carry out theoretical research and scientific research on all kinds of unified education examinations, and to be responsible for examination statistics;

(eight) responsible for the organization, management and research of general college entrance examination questions;

(nine) to undertake the publicity, consultation and service of all kinds of unified education examinations in the province.
