This can't help but make the author feel that compared with students, some parents may have a narrow vision. These three days are so long in the eyes of some parents! Fortunately, this idea is supported by most parents. ? Examples of this kind of labor experience in foreign countries are not uncommon. British students began to learn vocational skills at the same time in junior high school. During the visit, I asked several teachers and a principal what the educational history of "Wen Weng's Poems" was. To my delight, they are all like treasures. So, I told myself that this young school has roots, and this deep root has grown in the hearts of Shishi primary school teachers.

? This is my fourth visit to Chengdu. As I participated in the new education experiment, I explored the footprint of teacher Li Zhenxi and the origin of the name of "Shishi Middle School" where he worked. Let's summarize the figures and arrange them as follows: The school is named after "Shishi", which is intended to inherit the fine tradition of "Wen Weng Shishi" for more than two thousand years. Therefore, Wen Weng personally led his men to use local materials and built a stone house in the south of the city with smooth stones that could be seen everywhere at that time, and set up a school, which was later called "Wen Weng Stone House". Here, civilization is passed down and spirit is cast. "Wen Weng Poetry" is a school that has been running for more than 2,000 years and has never been interrupted or moved. It is the first school run by a local government in China, and has trained a large number of talents for many years.

? So, as soon as I arrived at Shishi Primary School, I asked the headmaster who received us. Shishi Primary School is not the location of "Wen Weng Shishi". Why did I give my school this name? The headmaster said that "Wen Weng Stone Room" is the root of education in Chengdu, with a long history, and the spirit should be passed down. Then, she proudly and eloquently introduced that history. The headmaster seems to be making up lessons for us, and we seem to be increasing our knowledge of the history of education in China.

Listening quietly, I feel that the school administrators of Shishi Primary School have a kind of memory and admiration for the educational sages in their dictionaries, and inherit the educational spirit of "persistence" and "dedication". From Shishi Primary School, we think of Wen Weng, and those true gentlemen who devoted themselves to and shouted for education, such as Cai Yuanpei, Yan Chu Yang and Tao Xingzhi, who bumped their heads against the south wall and never came back. Let's take a look. Mr. Yan, a doer who devoted his whole life to civilian education, summed up the rural problems in China as "stupid, poor, weak and private" and advocated treating them separately as "four major educations": literature and art, people's livelihood, health and citizens. In order to educate his ideals, he took the lead in moving his family to the countryside. During those years in Dingxian County, Hebei Province, I once admitted the difficulties in my work and my attitude: "The lack of talents and management, coupled with domestic and foreign troubles and natural and man-made disasters, made it difficult to attach importance to education reform. The great plan to transform national life will never succeed in an instant, and we can only do it in a down-to-earth manner. " Today's principals should attach great importance to, inherit and carry forward this persistence and persistence in the concept in a sinister environment. His contribution to the "Ping Church" led by him in Hebei still benefits the local area and enjoys a high reputation in Hebei. Yan's "labor" and "modesty" devoted to civilian education, contact with the people and rural construction are spiritual heritages that still need to be inherited and carried forward today.

? I think Shishi Middle School has existed for a long time, and a primary school built first was also named after Shishi. This is not "lazy", not casual, but seeking roots and inheriting. The ideal school needs spiritual roots.

(B) the ideal school is "truth-seeking."

? In Yulin primary school, the principal's introduction is eloquent, so I won't go into details. I was deeply impressed by the school's practice. The school has done a good job in co-education between home and school. The school continued to conduct a questionnaire survey of parents, asking them to give advice to the school and recommend the most satisfactory teachers. Moreover, this survey is sent directly to parents for recycling (just like "flying shorts"), not to the class for recycling.

? I wonder, why do schools do research like this? Aren't they afraid of hearing negative voices, criticisms and doubts and adding obstacles to their hearts? The headmaster told us to hear the real voice. Indeed, the questionnaire is sent to the class, and the class teacher and the subject teacher "arrange" or "coach" the students, or ask some representatives to fill it out on the spot ... can you understand the real situation of running a school? Not necessarily. Blindly "loving" this kind of investigation, I am afraid I will not recognize my own school situation, and even lose my way.

? Running a school is, in the final analysis, the inheritance of civilization and the continuation of spiritual values. The support of civilization and spiritual values depends on "truth". Without "truth", "everything is a cloud" is a cloud. Truth is the soul of education. Once the soul is scattered, no matter how touching words, melodies and pictures are, it is impossible to spread forever. The administrator of this school tells us with actions that only by facing up to the shortcomings and listening to the real voice can there be real progress in running a school.

? So, let's do more thinking. Let's ask what an ideal school looks like with questionnaires such as "education equality", "school evaluation" and "teacher evaluation". What is the ideal education? This should not be decided by the administrative department of education, schools and the media, but should be guided by the needs of the people and decided by the educated and their parents. School administrators in Sara primary schools are well aware of this. Its "realistic" heart is the source of thinking about the school.

(3) The ideal school has "personality"

? During the half-day in Xiejiawan Primary School in Chongqing, we walked through many classrooms and showrooms, and accompanied the teachers and students of the open class through the corridor. Wherever we go, we always feel quiet around us, as quiet as a rest garden. However, such a campus is not depressing. In a quiet environment, we often encounter bright smiles, warm greetings and orderly activities. The teachers and students in the school are so gentle, and the campus environment is so warm and pleasant. This is not magic at all! Because, from the words, deeds and activities of teachers and students, we clearly feel the jointing and rushing thinking and the power of persistent pursuit in their lives.

? On the contrary, in Chongqing People's Primary School, it is a sea of jubilation. Shortly after we arrived, it happened to be a 30-minute student activity, and groups of Xiong Haizi were having a good time on campus. Playing slides, posing on the roots of trees, having fun behind visiting guests, and playing games around the principal who explained them … are simply "doing whatever you want", but all these do not break the etiquette, violate the rules and act recklessly.

? A "static", a "dynamic", two schools, two faces. Who can you say is better than who? I can't. To paraphrase, everyone is different and everyone is fine! Without long-term cultivation, guidance and silent edification, how can Xiejiawan Primary School have a vibrant "quiet"? Without real trust and respect for children, how can there be a happy "movement" like people's primary school? Walking through these two schools, I felt different beauty. I was shocked by the different characteristics of two primary schools in Chongqing. Schools can be so different! I also deeply know that we can't blindly copy and imitate, otherwise it will be a toddler in Handan. Principals should know that the ideal school is not a face, but a look, and it is impossible to achieve a good balance between "letting go" and "receiving" and "respecting" and "managing". A school should have its own personality, but it is by no means willful. This is what the headmaster should practice, reflect and correct constantly in running a school.
