Although some achievements have been made, there is still a big gap between the expectations and requirements of leaders and the needs of educational development, and there are still many difficulties and problems. Mainly manifested in:

● The scientific research strength is insufficient to meet the urgent needs of educational reform and development for educational scientific research.

● The management of education and scientific research is still relatively weak. The provincial leading group of educational science planning can not meet the needs of current scientific research management, and the system and corresponding mechanism related to educational scientific research management need to be further improved.

● The promotion of educational and scientific research achievements needs to be strengthened. Whether educational scientific research achievements can be popularized and used in time is an important aspect to measure their value. Due to insufficient attention and poor channels, the transformation of educational scientific research achievements is still a weak link.

● The office and housing conditions of employees need to be further improved.
