4. The accreditation body applying for junior high school and below teacher qualification is the county education bureau where the applicant's household registration or residence (the place where fresh graduates study) is located.

5. The applicant shall determine the type of application for teacher qualification according to the corresponding academic requirements for teacher qualification. Applicants who pass the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers must determine the same teaching subjects as the majors they apply for, and all kinds of teachers' education graduates (including full-time education masters) must determine the teaching subjects according to the principle of consistency or similarity with their majors.

6. The applicant should fill in the application information truthfully and completely according to the prompt of the online newspaper system, and upload a recent one-inch jpg electronic photo without a hat (the specification is 1 14 pixels × 156 pixels, and the size is within 19K, which is the same as the photo pasted on the qualification certificate).
