Seascape Garden is a private college, which belongs to Cyber Education Co., Ltd., and Hainan Industry and Commerce was also acquired by Cyber in 2009. Because there are too many people in Seascape Garden, the old campus can no longer accommodate it, so we have to move to the new campus, and the old campus is left to Hainan Industry and Commerce.
