Description (1) Nature, Status and Task of the Course "Education Policy and Regulations" is mainly a professional elective course for undergraduates majoring in education. This course is based on pedagogy and legal theory, and comprehensively studies educational policies and legal phenomena. It is a borderline subject between pedagogy and law. The overall goal of this course is to enable learners to comprehensively and systematically master the basic principles, basic knowledge, basic concepts and basic legal systems of China's current education policies and related education laws, provide knowledge and materials for establishing a correct view of education and law, and enable learners to know how to implement the education policy of the party and the country, engage in education and teaching activities according to law, and learn to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests according to law.
